What is it?

You'll get this notice if we think you may be eligible for the Qualified Disabled and Working Individuals (QDWI) Program, which is a state program that helps pay Part A premiums for people who have limited income and resources. This notice lets you know about the Medicare Savings Programs (MSPs) and the Extra Help available for Medicare drug coverage.
