Medicare Easy Pay Premium Statement (CMS-20143)
What is it?
Medicare Easy Pay is a free way to set up recurring payments to pay your Medicare premiums. This statement is what you’ll get monthly once your Medicare Easy Pay starts. With Medicare Easy Pay, we’ll automatically deduct your monthly Medicare premiums from your checking or savings account.
The statement includes the total amount we’ll deduct that month and a breakdown of that amount. Automatic deductions are generally on the 20th of the month (or the next business day).
When should I get it?
On or about the 10th of the month.

Check the amount that will be deducted from your banking account, and make sure you have enough money in your account. If you have questions about the premium amount, call us at 1-800-MEDICARE.
